Got to visit @westchesterregionallibrary today for a while, and I found two of my books on their shelves! The others were checked out or in other libraries. It feels like a dream that in the same space where my mom shared stories with me, others are finding mine today. As I meandered through the children’s section, and seeing the new cut-outs in the walls, I vividly remembered another era and set of shapes large enough to fit two best friends or to snuggle with a book in hand. 😌 📢 Friends, I’m reopening for a limited time to query and picture book critiques! Friends! I’m headed to @floridamediaed 2026 FAME Conference this Oct and presenting with some amazing people: @kerryomalleycerra @jmorerabooks @sitawrites and Leah Miller! #educators #teachers #librarians #mediaspecialist this giveaway is for you! Back to school is in full swing! 📚 Feeling loved and blessed after such a wonderful turnout yesterday to celebrate Fly Pajarito Fly! I know week nights aren’t always easy to make things with Miami traffic, but I’m forever grateful for everyone who came and for all the photos. A huge shout out to my husband and son who helped with setting up and figuring out the wings backdrop 😅 And thank you for the entire team at @booksandbooks for a wonderful evening! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart 🫶🏼 Fly Pajarito Fly is out in the world. 🥹🕊️ Friends! Fly Pajarito Fly releases tomorrow!! 😱 Friends! We’re TWO DAYS away from the release of Fly Pajarito Fly, written by me, illustrated by @danasanmar, and published by @sleepingbearpress . 🥺🤯 I can’t believe this book of my heart will soon be in readers’ hands.
